How long does delivery take?

Standard Delivery (Free):

Estimated transit time: 5 to 8 business days after shipping

Estimated total time (processing + transit): 7 to 11 business days from the order date

What are your return policies?

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. After this period, we unfortunately will not be able to accept your request.
  • Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for its receipt before following our return procedure.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days at support@ozarvo.com providing your order number and clear photos. We will send you a free replacement product. If the problem persists, you will be fully refunded.

Is my online order secure?

What are the delivery charges?

  • Standard delivery: Free in France and the United Kingdom

Where is my package?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package on our Track my order page. If the estimated delivery time is exceeded, please contact us at the following address : support@ozarvo.com

Why does my tracking number not work?

It may take up to 72 hours for the tracking number to become active. If it's still not working after that, reach out to us and we'll assist you.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are accepted within 14 days for eligible items.
If the replacement is in stock, we'll ship it after receiving your original item.
If the exchange is due to our error or a defect, we'll cover shipping.
• Otherwise, return shipping is your responsibility.

What to do if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Please carefully check your delivery information before confirming your order.
If you made a mistake, contact us immediately.
• If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay the reshipping fees.
• We are not responsible for lost orders due to errors in the provided address.
